Step Teachers are seeking a passionate Reception Teaching Assistant to support a class at Reception level. This role is set to commence ASAP on a long-term supply basis. This school fosters an inclusive, diverse environment where pupils feel valued and supported by kind staff.
Reception Teaching Assistant - Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated 2:1 support for twins in Reception.
- Plan and execute enriching activities to enhance student learning and development.
- Cultivate positive relationships with the Class Teacher and other staff members.
- Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where needed.
- Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectively.
Reception Teaching Assistant Requirements:
- Recent experience working as a Reception Teaching Assistant.
- A nurturing nature and the ability to inspire learners of all abilities.
- A relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification is desirable.
- SEND experience is desirable.
