We are seeking an Experienced Pest Control Technician (LBS-006) who is dedicated to providing exceptional pest management services to our valued clients. Your expertise will help ensure that our customers are safe, comfortable, and free from pests. You will be responsible for assessing pest infestations, devising effective treatment plans, and adhering to safety protocols while using environmentally friendly techniques and products.

Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
Develop and implement customized pest control plans based on client needs and pest types.
Apply pesticides and other treatments in a safe and effective manner, following regulations and guidelines.
Educate clients about pest prevention methods and recommend ongoing maintenance programs.
Maintain accurate records of services performed, pest sightings, and treatment outcomes to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service at all times.

Stay current with industry developments, pest control techniques, and safety standards through ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements
Valid pest control certification/license as required by local/state regulations.
Proven experience in pest control, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role preferred.
Strong knowledge of pest biology, behavior, and safe treatment methods.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about pest issues.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete daily schedules.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to meet client demands.

Hours Per Week: 36.00

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £18.07

Location: Ilford, Essex
