Job Title: Business Analyst
Job Type: Fixed-Term Contract (18 months)
Salary: £60,000
Working Arrangement: Hybrid - 1-2 days in London (project dependent)

The Role

As a Business Analyst, you will:

  • Assess current Talent Development initiatives and design creative, integrated solutions that enhance their effectiveness and align with People Technology.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, articulating ideas clearly and driving engagement across a global, remote workforce.
  • Manage complex programs, from planning and design to execution and delivery, overcoming hurdles and delivering high-quality outcomes on tight deadlines.
  • Guide the business through the change curve, selling the benefits of your solutions to ensure all-employee adoption.
  • Leverage a deep understanding of technology to embed your designs, collaborating with teams to ensure seamless integration (note: this is not an IT-focused role).
  • Promote continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with data protection and information security policies.

  • Strong experience in business analysis, with a focus on Talent Development initiatives.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage senior stakeholders and inspire a diverse workforce.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with senior leaders, resolve conflicts, and maintain engagement.
  • Expertise in delivering complex programs to tight deadlines with adaptability and attention to detail.
  • A talent for engaging international, remote teams and guiding them through change with empathy and cultural awareness.
  • Deep appreciation of technology used to embed solutions.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and process improvement.
