Receptionist/Admin Support - ED
Bringing together a brand new state of the art Emergency Department, a large Ambulatory Emergency Care Unit with an impressive 30 treatment spaces, an exciting multi-speciality Acute Assessment Unit and Acute Medical and Surgical Short Stay Units.
The position will require you to work shifts on a rolling rota basis – we operate a 7 day a week service; 24 hours/day (this includes nights).

Main duties of the job
To record patient attendances, transfers, and discharges electronically; ensuring all date collection is accurate and collected in a confidential and professional manner.
To provide a highly professional front of house service (this includes Reception, Ambulance Admissions and Patient Flow); it is the responsibility of the reception team to ensure that everyone presenting themselves to the Emergency Department is treated with dignity and respect.

Essential criteria- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths & English
- Experience with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Power point
- Knowledge of EPIC/EPR
Experience
