Outbound Sales Executive - London
As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Outbound Sales Executive to join our team and help drive the growth of our business.
Role Overview: We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to join our London-based sales team. This position will involve identifying, prospecting, and generating new business opportunities within NHS trusts. You will play a key role in outbound sales calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach, as well as updating our CRM system and providing reporting on sales activities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career in sales and work closely with senior team members to achieve business growth, with the opportunity to progress internally.Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Conduct outbound sales activities, including lead generation calls and email outreach to generate new leads and prospects.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update our CRM system (Pipedrive) with accurate prospect information, sales activities, and follow-up actions.
- Sales Campaigns: Collaborate with the team to design and execute email and LinkedIn campaigns, ensuring consistent communication with prospects.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on your progress against sales targets, providing regular updates and feedback to the sales team and manager on key metrics (e.g. calls made, meetings scheduled).
- Nurturing Leads: Engage with potential customers to understand their challenges, using active listening and questioning, to reach the right outcome for our customers.
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage potential customers over the phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or any customer-facing role is advantageous, though not essential.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn as a professional networking tool and basic understanding of CRM or customer service systems is a plus (training will be provided).
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection in a sales environment.
- Ability to understand and navigate the healthcare sector or willingness to quickly learn about NHS trusts and healthcare products/services.

Salary: £35k-£45k depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives.
