Stafford - Service Coordinator
We are currently looking for a Service/Maintenance Coordinator to work for one of our clients on a permanent basis.
The company is a well-respected market leader in specialist equipment for a range of sectors including construction, energy production, process and water treatment and this is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding and successful organisation.
Based in their modern premises in Stafford the role will involve arranging and co-ordinating maintenance and service visits for the company’s products at customer sites.
The main duties will include but will not be limited to:-- Being the main office-based liaison point for clients
- Scheduling engineers visits
- Preparing/collating site documentation
- Booking access equipment for the engineers on site
- Ensuring the engineers have the right paperwork/right certification for the site
- Collecting samples brought back from site by engineers, sending them for analysis and collating reports on these samples
- Managing customer care tickets for any customers with equipment issues, ensuring good communication with the customer and speedy resolution.
Applicants must have some understanding of technical terminology and procedures and a strong administration background is a must
