We use real-time multi-sensor fusion and high-precision positioning technology to build 3D models of indoor and outdoor environments. We’re revolutionising how professionals in the architectural, office refurbishment, and construction sectors access and use AI technology to produce technical drawings to enable faster turnaround of designs, concepts and planning applications.

The Role
As a Founding SDR, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth—responsible for generating qualified leads, engaging decision-makers, and laying the foundation for long-term client relationships. This is a high-impact role for someone who’s not just looking to hit targets but to shape how we sell, position, and scale.
This is a fast track role into a Founding Business Development Manager role.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities- Identify and research key target accounts in the architecture, office fit-out, and construction sectors
- Engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to understand their needs and potential fit
- Book discovery calls and demos for the sales team
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and target strategies
- Track activity and results in the CRM and provide feedback on campaign effectiveness
- Mentor junior SDRs and help shape the sales development playbook
Requirements
What You’ll Need- 2+ years of experience in a B2B SDR or business development role (preferably in construction tech, architecture tech, or similar, but not essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence and resilience when engaging senior stakeholders and technical audiences
- Curiosity and the ability to quickly understand new tools and customer workflows
- A startup mindset—comfortable with change, proactive, and eager to build from the ground up
- Experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive ( … we use Hubspot).
- Curiosity, enthusiasm, boundless energy, optimism and great team spirit.
- Background or experience in architecture, construction, or interior design
- Understanding of the procurement process in the built environment
- Experience selling SaaS, or, hardware with SaaS components
