Teaching Assistant (SEND)

We provide education for students who have been out of mainstream schooling, many of whom have SEND, ADHD, or behavioural needs.

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant (SEND) to join our team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a nurturing and resilient team, where your work will have a direct impact on students’ lives.

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience working with children and young people with SEND, ADHD, and behavioural needs
• Be passionate about inclusive education and supporting students in alternative provision
• Be confident in supporting learning in and out of the classroom
• Be patient, adaptable, and able to build positive relationships with students
• Work closely with teachers to deliver personalised learning plans
• Be an excellent team player with strong communication skills
