Team Leader - Compliance and Quality AssuranceWaverley Court
Salary: £37,626 - £44,257Hours: 36 per week
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and professional individual with excellent attention to detail to join the Strategy, Commissioning and Service Improvement team.
The successful applicant will lead the Compliance and Quality Assurance team for the Housing and Homelessness Service. This role will include the management of quality assurance, risk management, compliance and support the introduction of a quality management framework across the service.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who will lead their team in reviewing and monitoring our quality standards, risk, compliance and data controls. You must have strong leadership skills and the ability to represent the service positively to a range of stakeholders across the Housing and Homelessness Service.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
