Receptionist *Immediate start - Stockton - Temporary* - Stockton-on-Tees
Location: Stockton
Contract: Temporary Position, 24 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM)
Hourly Rate: £12.25 per hour, paid weekly through OA
We are currently seeking a Temporary Receptionist (Service Department) to join our client, a prestigious car dealership in Stockton.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling Inbound Calls - Answering calls from customers to book service appointments or address service-related inquiries.
- Data Entry - Accurately recording customer and vehicle information into the system.
- Managing Queries - Resolving customer concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
- Welcoming Customers - Providing a friendly and professional first impression upon arrival at the dealership.
