An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration role within the Energy & Natural Resources industry, stationed in the Secretarial & Business Support department of a thriving company located in Chester.

Job Description
  • Efficient management of administrative tasks
  • Proactive handling of correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Scheduling and organising meetings, and managing travel arrangements
  • Maintaining and updating databases and filing systems
  • Ensuring office supplies are maintained and ordered as necessary
  • Facilitating communication within the department and with other departments
  • Adhering to all company policies and regulations

The Successful Applicant

A successful Administrator should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in Business Administration or similar field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive and problem-solving attitude
  • Experience in a similar role within the Energy & Natural Resources industry
