An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration role within the Energy & Natural Resources industry, stationed in the Secretarial & Business Support department of a thriving company located in Chester.
Job Description- Efficient management of administrative tasks
- Proactive handling of correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
- Scheduling and organising meetings, and managing travel arrangements
- Maintaining and updating databases and filing systems
- Ensuring office supplies are maintained and ordered as necessary
- Facilitating communication within the department and with other departments
- Adhering to all company policies and regulations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Administrator should have:
- Relevant qualifications in Business Administration or similar field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Experience in a similar role within the Energy & Natural Resources industry
