Continuous Improvement Analyst

Your role:
- Create high-quality business process reviews to eliminate waste
- Optimise resources and increase efficiency
- Engage with management team to drive a culture of Lean Thinking
- Utilise data reports to make informed decisions
- Acknowledge coaching opportunities and train accordingly
- Coach teams on Lean methodologies and continuous improvement
- Champion change and Lean methodologies
- Document system changes when required
- Manage multiple project streams at any one time
Essential experience to succeed:
- Worked in a Continuous Improvement Analyst role or similar
- Sufficient experience delivering the above tasks
- Finance / wealth management background
- Experience working with senior management
- Six Sigma Green Belt certified
- Lean consultant
- Able to present findings clearly and concisely
