The Role

We have an opportunity for a Partner Operations Specialist for a fixed term contract of 18 months (Internally known as 18-month secondment). The role sits within our International team and is responsible for handling enquiries from our partners across North America, Caribbean and Asia Pacific.

In addition, the role will provide support for related operational matters.

The International team has overall responsibility for handing the relationships with our overseas partners. Key activities include revenue assurance of our members’ income from our partners societies through distribution analysis, revenue assurance visits, and claim submissions for missing royalties, along with providing excellent service to both our members and our partner societies by resolving their inquiries.

Responsibilities:

As our Partner Operations Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as first point of contact for incoming claims and queries from our overseas partners.
  • As required, research claims in collaboration with partner managers under the direction of the Head of Partnership Development.
  • Provide support for regional team (e.g. Assist in preparation of presentations and meeting agendas for inbound visits from overseas partners).
  • Collaborate with other regional operations specialists to share best practice and process for query handling.
  • Conduct basic analysis and data retrieval to support the regional team.

The Process

Our interview process for this role is simple:

  • 15 mins brief chat with the hiring manager on MS Teams.
  • First stage interview along with a online verbal and numerical assessment will take place at our London Bridge Hub.
  • Second stage interview will take place virtually on MS Teams.

This allows you to provide examples of situations where you have had to demonstrate the required skills relevant to the role you are applying for. To assist your preparation for interview, research the STAR method to aid bringing your examples to life.

Location

We offer a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work from home up to three days a week.
