Reimagine Our Programme: Assess the effectiveness of our current therapeutic approaches, including the 12-Step model, and develop a broader, evidence-based programme that integrates trauma-informed care. About You We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist with the vision and expertise to lead this transformation.
You will need: Qualifications: HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist. Experience: Significant experience in designing and leading therapeutic programmes, particularly those informed by trauma and tailored to co-occurring mental health conditions.
Experience in substance misuse settings is not essential but would be beneficial. Skills: Strong knowledge of evidence-based approaches, such as CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and trauma-focused interventions as well as additional knowledge of the wider interventions including IFS, Compassionate inquiry and SSP.
