About the roleWithin this role, you will be joining a friendly and focused team to work on an exciting opportunity to work on a mixed caseload of Corporate matters such as:
Mergers and AcquisitionsJoint ventures
Sales and purchases
Development agreements
Finance and franchise agreements
Terms of conditions
Partnership deals
Privacy policies, cookie policies and GDPR matters
Business and trader contracts

The successful candidate will ideally have 2+ years PQE within Corporate law, has fantastic organisational and client care skills, is a great team player and can work well under pressure.
