Job Description- Leading on the construction aspects of major real estate and regeneration deals
- Advising on development agreements, JCT/NEC contracts, bonds, guarantees, and professional appointments
- Supporting energy and engineering projects across onshore wind, hydro, solar, battery storage and more
- Collaborating closely with developers, funders, contractors, consultants and public bodies
- Working alongside a highly ranked team on nationally significant infrastructure work
- A solicitor or equivalent with at least 2 years' PQE in non-contentious construction
- Confident advising on a range of construction documents and negotiations
- Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working on complex, multi-party deals
- Eager to grow their profile within a leading, ambitious team
- £55,000-£70,000 base salary
