Vibrant people organisation looking to hire an Indirect Category Manager who enjoys working onsite with the team
Your new role- Identifying and implementing cost reductions strategies
- End-to-end supplier management including strategic sourcing, negotiations, SRM, onboarding and performance management
- Developing strong stakeholder relationships
- Ensuring all compliance is adhered to, taking into account ESG objectives
- Experience in Indirect Procurement with Corporate Services i.e. Marketing, HR, Facilities, IT etc. CapEx a plus!
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong negotiations, SRM and performance management skills
- Fast learner, ambitious and enjoys working onsite with the team (4 days onsite)
- Open and approachable, friendly work environment with socials, supportive team!
- Hybrid work arrangement – 4 days a week onsite
