Excellent communication skills, a friendly, enthusiastic personality and a professional telephone manner are all essential requirements. Experience of providing world class service would be a great advantage, however an attentive, friendly manner and a professional, well organised approach are equally as important.

Flexibility with regards to your hours of work would be helpful.

The Role:
  • Customer liaison
  • Telephone Sales
  • Processing orders
  • Computer operation

Hours: The hours will be a set rota, working 10.00am- 6.00pm, 5 days per week, including Saturdays (9.00am- 5.00pm).

The Company: David Nieper designs and manufactures ladies’ fashion, including nightwear, daywear and knitwear – all Made in Britain. Based in Alfreton, Derbyshire, the company is a well-established family business, with a sound reputation for producing well made clothes, in beautiful fabrics, that fit perfectly.
The company specialises in mail order and online selling, direct to customers throughout the UK and worldwide. The company employs over 200 people at the Head Office and Production Units, both in Alfreton, as well as additional offices overseas.
