Primary Learning Support Assistant
Location: Norwich
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Primary Learning Support Assistant to join our team and provide support to students in a primary school setting. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping students achieve their full potential by providing individual and small group support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and small group support to students with special educational needs
- Assist the teacher in creating and implementing lesson plans
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Support student learning and progress by providing feedback and guidance
- Collaborate with school staff and other teachers to support student success
- Assist with the administration of assessments and tests
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role
- Ability to work with students of different ages, backgrounds, and abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for working with students with special needs and a commitment to their success
