The Sales team operates at the face of our business introducing clients to ourtrusted strategic intelligence. With an established book of leading brands and
the scope carve your own market, there is a real opportunity for sales talent

scheme.
**What youll be doing...**- Closing 6-7 figure subscription contracts with new logo clients who have no existing spend
- Selling Business Intelligence solutions from GlobalData’s product portfolio
- Building a strong pipeline of new business opportunities ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met
- Taking full ownership from beginning to the end of the sales cycle (opening and closing)
- Generating leads, demonstrating the Business Intelligence product, pricing, negotiation & closing.
- Building up long term relationships and developing account plans for prospective clients
- Mastering your own territory – building out key personas and departments, driving relevant and insightful conversation with them through utilizing our range of products and analysts’ expertise. Becoming an expert in your space
- Have sold contracts to new business (360 sales – open to close), and have had to demo the productsolution
- Have sold or are familiar with subscription-based sales
- Experience of value-based selling, and ideally familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC
- Have hit target for the past year and are able to share this information readily. They must be a winner.
- Have worked within a 12-week sales cycle and closed deals at £30,000+
- Have demonstrated consistency in their selling, achieving results month-on-month, quarter-on-quarter
- Display a hunter mentality and be able to tell us confidently how they achieve their targets
- Be a good communicator, able to articulate, influence and challenge.
- Be able to understand complex subjects quickly, and articulate them simply and with relevant benefits
- Have a stable work history
- Have a positive, hard-working, hungry, and determined mindset and attitude. Have mental resilience and be prepared to work hard, deal with pressure well, in order to achieve great results and take the next step in their career
