Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate, driven, and visionary Clinic Manager to lead our Burnley Dialysis Unit in collaboration with the NHS.

Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day operations of the Burnley Dialysis Unit with a relentless focus on patient care, ensuring every aspect of the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently. Develop, mentor, and empower your team of dedicated healthcare professionals, creating a collaborative and supportive environment where everyone can thrive.
Ensure that patients are at the heart of everything we do addressing their concerns with compassion and providing exceptional care that goes beyond expectations. Build and nurture strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless communication and outstanding service.
Drive clinical excellence by continuously improving patient outcomes through best practices, innovation, and proactive problem-solving. Foster a culture of constant improvement, motivating your team to reach new heights in service delivery and patient satisfaction.
Manage resources, budgets, and supplies with an eye for efficiency, always aiming to optimise clinic performance without compromising on quality. Be a key player in our UK-wide Clinic Manager community, participating in our Clinic Manager Development Programme to grow both personally and professionally.
Qualifications and Experience: We are looking for someone with: A passion for patient care and the drive to make a meaningful impact. A registered nurse (NMC) qualification (renal experience is a plus but not essential we value your leadership and passion).
Proven experience in a managerial role within an acute healthcare setting, preferably in renal care or dialysis. In-depth understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and its importance in independent healthcare settings. Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients and staff alike. A commitment to continuously raising the bar on patient care and clinical outcomes.
