Implementation Project Manager
We’re currently updating the operating model within Professional Services for Moorepay to deliver an ever-improving service to our clients. As an Implementation Project Manager, you’ll be taking on the end-to-end project delivery for new clients onboarding to Moorepay, using your exceptional project management skills to facilitate an industry-leading customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing Payroll & HR projects from Point of Sale to handover into BAU.
- Produce and maintain project process and documentation from scratch.
- Ensure smooth transition from Sale into Implementation and Tech.
- Ensure smooth transition from Implementation into BAU.
- Liaising with customers and setting key timescales and milestones throughout.
- Encouraging adoption of excellent customer service.
- Dealing with multiple small-to-medium size projects.
- A track record of successfully delivering high volumes of low complexity projects to achieve revenue targets.
- Excellent client facing communication skills.
- Great stakeholder engagement skills, both internally within Moorepay and externally with customers.
- Ability to provide high quality project status reporting to highlight risks and any remediation actions required.
- Relevant project management qualification(s).
- Implementation or project management experience within HR/Payroll software sector essential.
