Purpose of Role
Wipro is looking for a highly skilled M365 Platform Lead to spearhead our efforts in integrating, managing the Microsoft 365 (M365) ecosystem across our clients organization.
This role involves optimising M365 tools, and driving digital transformation initiatives that improve productivity, collaboration, and business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in M365 platforms, with a focus on leveraging automation, AI, and cloud technologies to deliver innovative and scalable solutions.
What we’re looking for- License management and allocation.
- Hands on in managing the Tenant configuration and addressing issues.
- Understanding of Azure AD, MFA, SSO and application onboarding.
- Able to manage SPO admin and setting, access management.
- Expertise in Power Platform Admin including governance of the platform.
- Teams Administration and fixing issues related to teams.
- Managing MS message centre and take action accordingly.
- Good communication skill (both oral and written)
- Knowledge of ITIL process and SNOW tool will be an advantage
