Education and training provided.

• Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Provide support to individual students or small groups to reinforce learning and help them reach their full potential.
• Help prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom resources.
• Supervise students during activities, breaks, and school events.
• Assist with classroom management and creating a positive learning environment.
• Work closely with teachers to observe and understand various teaching strategies and techniques.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events, contributing to the overall school community.

About You

• A genuine passion for education and a strong desire to become a teacher.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with students and staff effectively.
• A proactive, positive, and flexible approach to work.
• Willingness to undertake further training and qualifications to progress into a teaching role.
• Ability to commute to Havering
