The CCTV & Police Liaison Department are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager for their team on a 14-Month FTC. You will be a dynamic and established Project Manager specialising in CCTV systems, any experience in AI CCTV applications and Security Operations Centres (SOCs) would also be beneficial.

• Support our team in developing and delivering CCTV related projects to ensure the technology provides maximum benefit to the business.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build robust CCTV processes in a data protection compliant way.
• Prepare and present project feedback and advise stakeholders on next steps.
• Provide a central contact point for the business on CCTV topics and be able to communicate complex issues in an appropriate way to stakeholders of all business areas.
• Presenting project proposals and outcomes to Senior Management and the Board of Directors.
• Utilise AI technologies to enhance CCTV capabilities, such as video analytics, facial recognition, and concealment detection.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders and internal teams on the use and maintenance of CCTV systems and related technologies.
• Explore SOC opportunities within the business to provide integration of CCTV systems with security operations, enhancing overall situational awareness and response capabilities.
• Identify and investigate technological advances in the CCTV landscape which may be applicable to our use cases.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on CCTV systems and related technology.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A methodical/ analytical approach and great problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• MS Office Professional Suite
• It would be beneficial to have an understanding of AI technologies and their application in CCTV system as well as any experience integrating CCTV systems with security operations
