Join our dynamic Booking team as an Outpatient Booking and Capacity Coordinator at King's Mill Hospital!

Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate an effective and efficient Outpatient Booking service for all staff at Sherwood Forest Hospitals.
- Maintain and administer accurate capacity and utilisation data to ensure optimal use of resources.
- Enhance the utilisation of Outpatient Clinic Space through strategic planning and management.
- Develop and maintain the electronic floor planner to streamline operations.
- Ensure accurate recording of all outpatient activity on Careflow and Intouch systems.
- Lead training sessions for staff on the online booking system.
- Continuously review and improve existing working methods to enhance efficiency.
- Pilot and implement new procedures and systems to stay ahead in healthcare management.
- Act as the point of contact for nursing staff, Ops support managers, and booking managers to ensure clinics run smoothly.
- Stay up-to-date with mandatory training to maintain high standards of care.
- Provide support to the team as needed to foster a collaborative environment.
