Finance Business Partner Opportunity – Teaching Personnel
Location: NorthamptonHours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Salary: £34,222–£37,825 (DOE)
Teaching Personnel are currently working closley with a college based in Northampton who are looking to hire for their established Finance Team. As a Finance Business Partner, you'll play a vital role in financial planning, budget management, and procurement analysis while ensuring compliance with College and DfE regulations.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and IT skills (Excel and Word).
- Experience reporting financial data to senior management.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
