The role

This role requires a strong leader who can build and manage integrated project delivery teams, engage with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.

• Build and lead integrated project delivery teams, including Project Management and Controls, Engineering, SHEQ, Commercial, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Manage customer interfaces and associated stakeholders, including identifying and monitoring project risks and implementing responses.
• Lead projects to deliver world-class performance through employee engagement, continuous improvement, and the latest technology.
• Establish and maintain governance arrangements for project delivery, defining clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities.
• Plan and monitor projects, submitting regular performance reports and escalating issues as necessary.
• Support business development and manage effective relationships with project stakeholders.

This role is full time 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday OR Monday to Thursday option and is based at Rosyth with hybrid working arrangements available.

• Extensive recent and relevant experience in a similar environment or business sector.
• Full project lifecycle experience from bid phase through to close-out.
• Experience managing projects of varying types and significant complexity.
• Knowledge of contracting methodologies (e.g., FIDIC/NEC/JCT).
• Cross-functional awareness of lifecycle requirements for supporting functions.

• Eligibility for SC Clearance, NNPPI and ITAR essential
• Agreement to work in areas which will expose individual to ionising radiation (radiation worker)
• A bachelor's degree in engineering / project / construction management or a related field desirable but not essential
• A professional qualification (eg APM PMQ) desirable but not essential.

The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
