Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging Science lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics to KS3 and KS4 students.
- Foster curiosity and a passion for scientific discovery through creative and interactive teaching methods.
- Adapt lessons to suit a variety of learning needs and abilities.
- Manage classroom behaviour and cultivate a safe, positive learning environment.
- Mark and assess students' work, providing feedback to support their academic progress.
- Work collaboratively with school staff and maintain clear communication with parents.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Specialism in Science, with experience teaching at secondary level (KS3/KS4).
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring students in Science.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to student success.
