Job Description

The Property Litigation Solicitor will:

• Advise clients on a broad range of high-value property disputes.
• Work closely with senior partners and fee earners to manage complex cases.
• Represent clients including investors, developers, and management companies.
• Attend Court when required
• Contribute to business development

The Successful Applicant

The Property Litigation Solicitor should be / have:

• A solicitor with 0-2 years' PQE in property litigation.
• Experienced in handling a broad range of property disputes.
• Proficient in managing complex and high-value cases.
• a background in commercial litigation or property litigation
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills

• A competitive salary around £65,000 with a variance of 10% up and down.
• 25 days holiday leave.
