Job Description

The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Pipeline Generation & New Business Development: You'll be responsible for driving new business, which is the core focus of the role.
  • Expanding the Customer Base: Actively engaging new customers and growing the company's customer portfolio.
  • Lead Generation: Reviewing and optimizing the market database to identify and pursue the best sales leads.

In this high-transaction, fast-paced environment, success is measured by your ability to consistently generate leads, make outbound calls, and build relationships with potential clients.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate for this role will have:

  • Proven Sales Track Record: Experience in pipeline generation and sales success, especially in high-volume, fast-paced environments, with an average of 60 outbound calls per day.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: A charming and confident phone manner, able to quickly build rapport and trust without face-to-face interaction.
  • Target-Driven Mindset: A commercial focus, with a love for meeting and exceeding targets, and being motivated by performance-based rewards.

Overall, they are confident, goal-oriented, and thrive in competitive environments.
