This is a management position within Fleet operations. Reporting to the Business Support Admin Manager, the Business support Supervisor will be directly responsible for all: Managing a team and their tasks. Monitoring Unknown Arrivals, vehicle sales, vehicle movements, vehicle claims & rejections, service histories, Audits, KPIs, Monthly Customer review presentations
Your key responsibilities will be:
Liaise with customers at senior and operational levelsEnsure contractual obligations are met
Manage, direct and lead the team
Promote and lead the health, safety and welfare of all colleagues within the department
Undertake daily audits to ensure sales are not missed
Assist in managing SLAs and KPIs
Liaise with the transport and sites for the delivery and collection of vehicles
Develop and drive our ‘Customer First’ approach to communication, building excellent relationships at all levels
Maintain open communication with the internal and external customers as required
Create monthly customer packs to keep account managers up to date with performance
Create, initiate and monitor new procedures so customer expectations can not only be met but also exceeded
Assist in the implementation of the company’s strategy
Create, maintain, audit and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required
To be successful, you’ll bring some of the following experience with you:
Proven management experience in a target driven environmentExperience of dealing with day-to-day employee related matters
A good communicator
Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
Ability to organise work effectively
Good attention to detail
Experienced user of Microsoft Office Word and Excel packages
Ability to compile management reports
Strong customer focus
Self-managed and motivated
