YOUR ROLE
As the Project Manager for Quick Group National Facilities, you will oversee the seamless transition of sites to new locations, ensuring compliance with Kuehne+Nagel guidelines and legislation. Your primary focus will be on maintaining the health and safety of all colleagues.Additionally, you will support the QIC ESG program by driving initiatives that enhance environmental and social goals. Leading the planned relocation of QIC sites in 2024-2025 will be a key responsibility.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES- Project Management of the planned site relocations from Stockley Park to Staines, and
- Manage one staff member in the role of Staines Receptionist / General Admin (ALL).
- Engage with all stakeholders as nominated by Country BU and FU leads and ensure that
- Act as mediator with internal facilities resource disputes and create resolution as
- Lead liaison with Kuehne+Nagel Property Team and ensure that the refurbishment works are
- Act as lead support site representative for all QSHE matters, including control of
health and safety is given a priority.
- Establish a process for Facilities Management and clear guidelines for all colleagues as to responsibility.
