Sales Executive

CPD Online College is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales department. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue by promoting and selling our range of CPD courses to professionals in the education and care industries.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach within the industry and driving growth and sales to CPD packages.

• Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients over the phone and via Teams
• Provide high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to better understand client needs and preferences
• Promote CPD packages and the benefits of staff training to key stakeholders

• 1+ year of experience in a sales environment
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and results-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Proficient in using CRM software and online meeting platforms

• Work from home with full induction and support through weekly meetings
• Selling a great product which clients actively require for their staff
• Uncapped commission on sales made
• Flexibility to dictate own calendar and pursue opportunities
