This is an exciting opportunity to join our Digital, Data and Technology department, as a DDaT Coordinator. The role will play an essential part of coordinating this diverse department. This is a new role within the department and Service and therefore it is a fantastic opportunity to make the role your own.You will have the opportunity to support digital transformation within the Fire Service.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual, to provide efficient coordination and support for the digital, data, and technology (DDaT) function. This will include assisting with various digital and IT processes and procedures to ensure the effective delivery of DDaT services.The role will involve advising and collaborating with managers and employees on DDaT systems, policies, and procedures to maintain seamless operations and alignment with the Services digital strategy.
This is a unique opportunity to take up a key role within a challenging and fast paced environment. You will be able to help others develop and opportunities for your own CPD are available.
Key responsibilities of the DDaT Coordinator role:

What we are looking for in the ideal candidate:
Someone who can provide accurate and relevant administrative advice, guidance, and management information to partners and managers across the Service in a broad range of DDaT processes.Someone who can support the development and application of continuous improvement initiatives in line with the strategic direction, working closely with team members to benefit both colleagues and stakeholders.
Someone who can demonstrate an understanding of the key tasks of an administration role and their purpose ensuring that tasks are completed to a high standard, within agreed timeframes.
Someone with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service and understands/identifies the necessary requirements to achieve this, as well as having excellent communication skills.
Someone who can build and maintains effective stakeholder relationships with managers, colleagues, business partners, and promotes positive digital engagement with employees.
Qualifications
Qualifications are important, but for the right candidate we will work with you and support you to obtain additional qualifications you may need to fulfil the role, what we want is for you to come ready to learn and develop.
