Night porter

The ideal candidate needs to be able to provide top customer service at the late hours of the night. They will be the first point of contact after hours and will assist guests with their requirements.

Security Management:

• Conducting regular security patrols to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and the premises.
• Promptly addressing any security concerns.
• Implementing and adhering to emergency procedures.

Guest Assistance:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for guests during night hours, addressing inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met.
• Assisting late arriving or departing guests with check-ins or check-outs.
• Providing information about the venue's facilities and services.

Emergency Response:

• Responding promptly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents that may arise during the night.
• Coordinating with relevant authorities and management in case of emergencies.

Communication and Reporting:

• Maintaining clear communication channels with other staff members and updating relevant parties on any incidents or issues.
• Keeping accurate records of activities, incidents, and any noteworthy occurrences during the night.

Problem Resolution:

• Addressing and resolving guest issues or complaints efficiently and diplomatically.
• Escalating issues to management if necessary.

General Maintenance:

• Conducting routine checks on the premises to identify and report any maintenance or cleanliness issues.
• Taking appropriate action to address minor maintenance concerns during the night.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborating with other staff members to ensure a smooth transition between shifts.
• Providing support to other departments as needed during the night.

Adherence to Policies:

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, especially those related to security and guest services.
