Jumping Jacs Day Nursery are seeking a catering assistant to join our team and support the caterer in ensuring our children are provided with healthy nutritious meals throughout the day. You will prepare food from scratch, following the menus and any special dietary needs are met, serve and deliver food to the children’s rooms.
Within the role of catering assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard or hygiene, health and safety and following EHO regulations within the kitchen. On the job training will be provided as well as an opportunity to complete your food hygiene certificate.
Jumping Jacs Day Nursery is looking for someone who has had experience working in a catering environment and has the ability to work as part of a team and use initiative. This full time position would require you to work a full day 10am-5.00pm
