A highly reputable Local Authority in the South East is seeking a Planning Lawyer to join the team on a locum basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and growing team on a part time basis; 2-3 days per week. It is a remote working position besides very occasional committee meeting attendance.
The Planning Lawyer role:
Key duties of the Planning Lawyer will include:
- To provide legal advice and support to the Council on complex Planning Law
- To handle own caseload of planning matters
- To attend committee meetings on rare occasion
About You
The organisation is looking to hire a Planning Lawyer who demonstrates:
- Expert knowledge, specialism and experience in the field of Planning Law is essential
- Ability to work autonomously on their own matters
