TimePlan Education is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a fantastic school in Hemel Hempstead. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in pupils' learning while working within a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver engaging learning activities for individual pupils, small groups, and, whole classes.
- Teach whole classes.
- Organise resources.
- Support pupils' learning and progress by providing targeted interventions.
- Assess, record, and report on pupils' development and achievements.
Ideal Candidate:
- HLTA qualification or experience in an HLTA role.
- Proven ability to plan and deliver effective learning activities.
- Strong classroom management skills, as required to take whole classes.
- Confident in assessing and tracking pupils' progress.
- DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
