We require an experienced, Legal Secretary with a track record and recent expertise in all areas of legal litigation This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in a fast-paced, high-performing team, supporting the Senior Partner with day-to-day legal and administrative functions.

The ideal candidate will be degree educated and ready to take on new challenges within a dynamic legal environment.

- General Administrative Support:
Provide general office support, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. Assist with billing, timesheets, and administrative duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience:- Degree-educated (Law degree preferred but not essential).
- Legal Secretarial and Paralegal experience in litigation is essential.
- Extensive experience in litigation law and legal procedures, with a strong understanding of court matters and filing processes.
- Proficiency in audio typing and document preparation.
- Technologically savvy with expertise in legal software, court portals, and case management systems.
- A high degree of initiative, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an attention to detail and professionalism.
- Proactive and ready for the next challenge.
- Enthusiastic with a passion for litigation law and legal support.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Adaptable in a fast-paced legal environment, and quick to learn new technologies.
