Join us as a Treasury Transaction Support Delivery Manager
  • Utilising your operations subject matter expertise, you’ll analyse, assess, and deliver projects and change initiatives or regulatory changes affecting systems, processes, the customer experience, and propositions
  • You’ll manage stakeholder relationships, making sure that delivery is in line with the operational requirements and aligned to customer and business needs and you’ll lead the analysis of how changes to the business operating model will impact existing procedures and controls
  • The work you do will ensure the successful deployment of changes to systems from requirements, through UAT testing and any migration activity

What you'll do

Recognised as the subject market expert in respect of treasury operations processes, you’ll recommend improvements to efficiency, accuracy, risk, and automation. You’ll also provide valuable input to the business on new products and new business initiatives which impact the end to end operational processes.

In addition, you’ll:

  • Input into improvements to key performance indicators, key risk indicators, the internal service management process ,and the risk and control agenda as required
  • Build relationships with Technology, Services, and Finance to deliver successful system solutions
  • Gather and document business requirements and syndicate with users for approval and sign-off
  • Develop and execute test plans in conjunction with change and technology teams, raising and tracking issues through to resolution
  • Maintain and continually develop an understanding of industry practice and regulatory standards, ensuring changes are built into solution design

The skills you'll need

To succeed in this role, you’ll need extensive experience in relevant markets and industries covering treasury, foreign exchange, money markets, securities, and derivatives. You’ll also have an understanding of the key risks and controls associated with a front to back trade flow.

Furthermore, we’ll expect:

  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build relationships and work alongside senior stakeholders
  • Experience in implementing the change agenda and a good understanding of the project lifecycle
  • Experience in building and leading teams
  • Extensive experience supporting businesses, middle office functions, settlements, confirmations, trade and transaction reporting, collateral management, and funding
  • The ability to work across teams to make sure common goals are achieved
