Service Advisor
Location: Melksham
Salary: £29,000 Basic + Bonus (OTE £34,000)
Working hours: Monday to Friday-40 hours per week

We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor for our clients leading supplier workshop in Melksham. This is an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join a great team and site that offers training & promotion opportunities. For this Service Advisor opportunity you must have experience preferably within an Automotive trade as a service advisor or Service controller, or in a commercial / HGV workshop, and must have used Kerridge.

Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- This Service Advisor position entails dealing with the customer as they wish to book work into the workshop.
- Delivering high levels of customer service you will find their requirements and advise on cost, time scale and what exactly will happen.
- This Service Advisor role is within a busy Workshop that requires someone who can deal with the volumes while delivering a high standard of customer service.
- Dealing with invoices and preparing estimates.
- Maintaining control of parts in the service department.
- Deliveries.
- Warranty returns.
Service Advisor Requirements:
- The right individual must have previous motor trade experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor.
- Excellent customer service.
- Must hold a Full UK driving licence.
