We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a Year 4 class in a well-regarded, Ofsted-rated 'Good' two-form entry junior school located in central Nuneaton. This is a long-term position with the possibility of a permanent role for the right candidate.

• Supporting the class teacher with delivering engaging lessons in a Year 4 class.
• Assisting children with special educational needs (SEN), including providing tailored support to a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment.
• Conducting pupil observations and contributing to detailed student records.
• Supporting targeted interventions to aid pupils' progress in key development areas.

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant.
• Strong understanding of the Key Stage Two curriculum.
• Relevant Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or a related degree.
• Experience working with children with SEN.
• A positive, enthusiastic, and can-do attitude.
