As Associate Director - Corporate, the post holder will support the Managing Director to lead and oversee dynamic team(s) supporting Finance, PMO & Business Support, Analytics, Communications & Engagement, Workforce, Inequalities and Innovation to deliver an efficient and effective service, supporting the Managing Director through managing the provision of strategic, financial, transformational, and operational management support, strategic quality improvement, leadership, assurance, and advisory services.
The postholder will work with senior stakeholders across the health and social care system, NHS England directorates, national organisations, government departments, academic institutions and will support and lead teams to deliver significant programmes of work on behalf of the Managing Director.We are seeking an individual with significant experience in strategic leadership ideally within the NHS.
