What You’ll Do:- Support students in lessons, helping them stay engaged and motivated.
- Assist with hands-on activities, such as music, sports, life skills, and outdoor learning.
- Help students develop social skills and self-confidence.
- Work as part of a dedicated SEN team to create a calm, structured, and positive learning environment.
