We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, dynamic, and results-driven individual. We are looking for someone capable and proactive in leading and coordinating an integral part of our service.

Hours: Full Time 37.5 per week, Full Time Salary Range: £35,220.59 - £37,184.91 dependent on experience (based on full time working hours pro rata for part time)

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Responsibilities:

About the role:

• Provide leadership, support, and development to a dedicated team of staff.
• Encourage your team to promote hope, empowerment, choices, and opportunities and to reach their full potential.
• Ensure seamless integration and coordination between outreach, hospital liaison, and community-based alcohol services, fostering ajoined-up approach to service user care and support.
• Lead on operational delivery of interventions.

• You can inspire, lead, and develop your team.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Salary Range (pro rata if part time): CGL points 31 to 33 (£35,220.59 - £37,184.90)
