Do you have experience in Private Equity and/or Infrastructure Fund Administration We are working on a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Fund Controller to join the team at a leading investment firm.
Skills/Experience:
Relevant accountancy qualificationPrivate Equity/Infrastructure fund administration experience
Knowledge of current accounting practices and standards
Audit experience all aspects rather than one specific area.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage allocated portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with the deadlines and agreed client service standards.Review of fund and direct investment valuations - central role in the valuation process and liaising with fund managers and direct investments on any issues as they arise.
Assess current process, find opportunities for improvement and implement with agreement from key stakeholders.
New fund launches – represent team on allocated new products and fund closes ensuring that operational aspects of legal documentation are appropriate.
Production of statutory accounts for limited partnerships – annual accounts require to be produced for limited partnerships in accordance with prevailing regulations and standards.
Liaising with the investment team and providing assistance to the investment directors on finance related tasks relating to fund products.
