Job Description- Develop and maintain robust relationships with key FMCG accounts.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide insightful customer feedback to the product development team.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the FMCG industry.
- Prepare detailed account plans and sales forecasts.
- Conduct regular business reviews and presentations with key customers.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Key Account Manager should have:
- Demonstrable experience of working with either Wholesale or Retail customers in the FMCG industry
- Experience with branded or private label products, ideally experience of successful NPD Launches.
- Strong analytical abilities and a strategic mindset.
- A customer-focused approach with excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Salary between £45,000 to £50,000 per annum.
