Temporary Site Access Coordinator (Operations)

37 Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 15:30
This opening assignment is for 1-2 months
City: EDINBURGH
Sign visitors in and out of the site. Carry out site inductions.
Key Responsibilities:
Remotely open gates on other sites.Manage tanker deliveries to the site.
Update spreadsheet for contractors
Qualifications:
Knowledge:
Knowledge of Microsoft office packages
Experience:
Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent people skillsGood customer service skills and telephone manor
IT skills
