Mobile Carpenter - Commercial Portfolio – East London & London - £39,000 per annum + Package
CBW is currently recruiting for a mobile carpenter to look after a mixed portfolio of buildings across London with a focus on the East London area for a leading FM Service Provider. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary, further training, and career progression.
Hours of work & Package- Basic Salary of up to £39,000
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00am to 17:00pm
- 40 hour week
- Paid travel time after 30 mins each way
- Call out 1 in 6, £150 standby allowance
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

- To undertake basic “Fabric duties” which would include touching up paintwork, tightening hinges, install/repair blinds, changing locks , making minor repairs to cabinets, desks, and putting together small equipment like chairs etc.
- Level 2 in Carpentry or equivalent
- Be able to obtain a DBS
- Sound level of administration and organisational skills
- General Building Maintenance
- Multi-Skilled
- Work overtime when required
